EDSTRACO, Sweden, is the former metal
department of Edström Trading Co. Since 1967 we have operated as Edstraco AB. Our business is to import special metals and alloys. We buy world-wide and sell mainly within Scandinavia. Deliveries are arranged door-to-door or from our own stock.
Dominating metals are molybdenum, tantalum, titanium, tungsten and zirconium. Other metals handled by us are bismuth, cobalt, gallium, germanium, hafnium, indium, niobium, magnesium, rhenium and vanadium. Special alloys are: copper alloys, molybdenum alloys, nickel alloys, tantalum alloys, titanium alloys, tungsten alloys and tungsten-base heavy metals. We supply all shapes like sheets, plates, wire, bars, tubes, pipes, fittings, powder, fasteners and custom fitted items. Our specialities are corrosion resistant fasteners (aluminum, duplex steel, molybdenum, nickel alloys, stainless steel, tantalum, titanium, tungsten, zirconium), anodizing racks, anode baskets, cooling- and heating coils in titanium for metal finishing industries, pistons in copper alloys for high pressure die casters and for electrodes for resistance welding and alloys with low melting point.
